Just to clarify, this was my weigh-in on December 17th. I weighed in for the 8 week challenge two weeks back but I thought I'd go back to my Wednesday weigh in and those stats.

Starting weight: 213
December 17: 204.8
Today's weight: 204.8
Difference: -0
Total Change: -8.2

No change. That's kind of crazy unless you consider that I'm at the same point in my cycle as I was when I weighed in last. Anyway, I do know that I am down since New Years so all of the crazy holiday weight is gone. Now, if all of the running that I've added would begin to show some results I would be extremely grateful. I've been at it consistently for about 10 days. I figure that by next week my body should be a little more used to it and not be holding on to quite as much water. I really hope that's true or I don't know what I'll do. I may take my food journal to my friend who teaches nutrition at the college where I work and see if she has any suggestions.

Here are my calories since New Years:
1230
1322
1489
1302
1301
1383
1608
1411
1650
1276
1421
1666
1367
1618
1367
1618
1327
2821
1554
1607
1393

So, my average daily caloric intake has been 1437.3 calories. That's right in the middle of my Sparkpeople range of 1250 to 1620. So, this scale better start moving or it may be tossed out the window in a fit of rage!

Okay, onto a more pleasant topic. I went for another run this morning. 2 miles today per my training plan. I did not feel quite as good as I did during Mondays run. I think it's really difficult when I run as soon as I wake up because I don't have any substantial fuel in me. Ideally I would run an hour after I wake up so that I could eat and digest a little before running, but since that's only a possibility on the weekends I'll just have to keep making it work. Thanks for reading and Happy Wednesday!!
