Three weeks and I'm down 4.2 pounds, that's about a pound and a half a week. Not too bad considering I was PMSing last week. I think that all of the walking I did last week for the relay and my tour of Westmont College and my walk to the park while babysitting. I felt good too. It was a bit of a struggle on Sunday because I didn't have enough healthy snacks at the Relay, I was just hungry all day long!
Anyway, I had a good week last week and hope to have another great week this time around.
