Woohoo! I've been on this site (really on it, not just lurking) for one week and in that time I have lost 2 pounds. I'm excited because it's been easy and fun. I really like the spark points, they really encourage me to log in everyday and log my food and exercise. The only problem I'm having is that some days I exercise a lot and other days I do very little and so it wants to adjust the number of calories but I'm not sure if I want to do that, I like beating my goals for the week and would be sad if I didn't make the goal every week. I'll see how next week goes and adjust from there I guess, maybe this week was just a fluke!
On another note, I felt really energetic today, not sure what the difference is but I feel like I've had 5 cups of coffee and I don't drink caffeine. I've only had water to drink and normal food. Anyway, feels good! I'm going to stick with it this time and by next March I'll be a happier, healthier, and perhaps hotter version of myself (although, I am pretty darn hot, not sure how much hotter I can get).
