Ack!!! I ate nearly 2700 calories yesterday! I couldn't stop eating. I ate lunch and then was still hungry so I ate a peanut butter sandwich and then I really wanted more sweet stuff so I ate a bowl of granola. Then, we went to Chipotle for dinner where nothing is exactly healthy! We had planned on Chipotle and I had already logged it so I knew exactly how many calories I had left but I didn't care, I just kept on eating! I don't know what came over me but I then felt very tired and my tummy was not happy. Too much fiber :)
Today will be better, I have everything pretty well plotted out and I'll be at work most of the day so that should help a bit.
