Wow, I just got an apology that was about 2 years overdue. What a surprise when I opened my e-mail. It's interesting because I'd already forgiven this person in my heart and have really been trying not to hold a grudge because I know she was going through a very difficult time. Still, it was a surprise and quite a pleasant one.
